Two armies are locked in a bitter struggle for control of your television screen -- the Army of Northwestonia and the Army of Southwestonia. Each army consists of four robots and one general. The object is to guide these robots with your general so they make contact with the other army's general. Once the opposing general is touched by one of your robots, he will automatically surrender and you'll receive one point.
Since the robots cannot be controlled directly, the general must lead them through a playing area filled with trees. The robots on both sides will automatically fire their stun guns when they run across each other, with every hit resulting in a motionless robot. The remaining robots will then start to move faster, with their rate of speed influenced by how many of their fellow comrades are stunned.
Besides moving around the screen, the general can reactivate stunned robots by touching them. He is also the only character capable of moving through trees, although doing so will cause him to move at half his normal speed. While the game is designed as a two-player contest, solo players will find that the enemy robots will still seek them out if there is no one around to play the opposing general. The first side to ten victories wins the war!
